Dr. Gal Aharonov is a Facial Plastic Surgeon who is Double Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as by the American Board of Head and Neck Surgery and Otolaryngology. He specializes in all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head and neck. Before practicing plastic surgery in Beverly Hills, Dr. Gal Aharonov received his education and training experience at some of the finest universities in the country.
Los Angeles is Dr. Gal Aharonov's home town. He attended UCLA before going to The Chicago Medical School. From there he returned to Los Angeles to train in general surgery at UCLA before moving to Richmond Virginia to continue his training in Head and Neck Surgery, as well as in Facial Plastic Surgery at the Medical College of Virginia. He then performed a highly competitive accredited fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, one of only about 30 such fellowship positions in the world.
He has a wide array of surgical experience, including facial rejuvenation surgery (Facelifts, Brow Lifts, Midface Lifts/ Cheek Lifts, and Eyelid Lift surgery), and rhinoplasty, both revision and primary through closed or open approaches, for aesthetic as well as functional breathing problems. Dr. Gal Aharonov is an expert in facial reconstructive surgery such as for skin cancer, trauma, scar revision(minimization), and otoplasty(ear tuck).
Dr. Gal Aharonov has extensive experience with facial fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, and Radiesse, which can fill in deep lines or add fullness in the upper and lower eyelid, flattened cheeks or lips, and minimize dark circles under the eyes.
